05 / ONE MORE MOMENT

Cold glasses.
Warm evenings.

A highball with the first small plate, a yuzu soda alongside conversation, sencha to finish. Daruma builds the evening around taste, with or without alcohol.

01

A clear beginning

The highball idea is deliberately simple: whisky, soda and ice. The Yuzu Highball offers another accent. Both are on the sample menu without claiming a particular brand or a professional house recipe.

02

Alcohol-free, with its own character

Yuzu Soda 0.0 brings a bright citrus idea to the glass. Sencha is its quiet, warm counterpart. Alcohol-free drinks are not a footnote here, and no explanation is needed to choose them.

03

Small plates, an open evening

Izakaya inspire us as places where food and drink belong together. Daruma turns that into an original imagined evening: share gyoza, try a skewer, then settle into a bowl. No invented tradition, and no requirement to drink alcohol.
